Ali Alamir, CPA

Ali Alamir, CPA has extensive experience in tax and accounting services. His experience includes tax consulting and planning for small to medium size businesses as well as high net worth individuals. He also provides assistance to business owners from choosing the appropriate form of entity to implementing and maintaining accounting systems and software.

Ali started his career in public accounting at Moss Adams, LLP in Los Angeles, California with the wealth services department where he provided tax and attestation services to multi-state clients in industries including and not limited to entertainment, manufacturing , retail and distribution, real estate, and medical professionals. In 2009, he joined a local CPA firm in Woodland Hills, California, concentrating in providing full tax, accounting, and business management services to individuals, fiduciaries, corporations, and partnerships. His industry knowledge was expanded to cater to software developers, information technology, restaurants, and food manufacturers throughout Southern California.

Ali received his Master of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA), with honors.. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), and CSULA Alumni Association.

Nima Aminian, CPA

Nima is a highly experienced public accounting professional specializing in tax planning and business advisory services for small to mid-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

He began his career in audit, working with large government entities such as the County of Los Angeles and the City of Ventura. He later joined LGSH, LLP—one of the largest CPA firms in the San Fernando Valley—which subsequently merged with Citrin Cooperman. Through his career, Nima has worked closely with clients across a wide range of industries, including entertainment, manufacturing and distribution, and real estate, providing strategic tax and financial guidance tailored to their long-term goals.

Nima holds a Master of Science in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA). He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).

Outside of work, Nima enjoys running and staying active, and he is an avid soccer fan who loves both playing and watching the sport.

Hoss Alamir, CPA

Hoss Alamir, CPA is a fractional CFO and financial advisor providing strategic financial leadership to growing and middle-market businesses. He graduated with honors from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) and began his career at BDO, one of the world’s largest accounting firms, where he built a strong foundation in tax and financial reporting.

Hoss later transitioned into financial accounting and CFO services, joining Signature Analytics, one of Southern California’s fastest-growing accounting and advisory firms. There, he supported executive teams with financial strategy, forecasting, cash flow management, and operational decision-making. During this time, he earned his CPA license and broadened his expertise across CFO services, financial accounting, and business consulting.

He has extensive experience serving companies across industries such as manufacturing, retail, and professional services, helping leadership teams improve financial visibility, optimize operations, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Hoss is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).

Outside of work, Hoss enjoys golf, horse riding, and tennis, and values spending quality time with family and friends, reflecting his belief in maintaining balance alongside professional success.
